It's a nice credit Union .the only complaint is there only like two credit unions in Everett people need more than two because it's just not convenient. And I know you can use other ATMs but they need to have more BECU ATMs where you can make a deposit .

I’m sharing this as a former employee of this branch and I’m writing this here because I hope (maybe not) things will change at this place after seeing all the negative reviews. Don’t bank here if you support a management team that has favorites, builds cliques and is not honest with their employees. I reported this behavior to HR MANY times with no resolution, instead they moved the manager to a different department, to pretend like nothing had happened. The management team at this branch doesn’t respect their employees for their hard work, so if the last banker didn’t help you efficiently with your transaction…remember that there’s a management team that’s not supportive at all.

Had to wait in a line to use the coin star and they made us show id to use that service which makes no kinda sense when any other stores with coin star doesn't make you do that. This bank is a joke. With awful service.
