The employees are very nice, and I've never had anything but a pleasant experience when I go in to talk with them. However, they are unable to help with some basic issues. This branch doesn't have cash so you cannot cash a check. And, there is no way to call the branch specifically, you have to call an 800 number, wait for 15 minutes til someone from a call center answers, and then get transferred. The website is barely usable for me on mobile. EDIT: I just tried to call their 800 number today, and they didn't even put me in a hold queue. Just said to call back later or use the app (which, as previously mentioned, doesn't work on my mobile due to bugs). On the pro side, they are not evil (unlike the big banks) and they don't charge overdraft fees on checking accounts if they can transfer money from a savings account... that is a very nice feature. Also, they reimburse fees from non-BECU ATMs a certain number of times a month.
