  I went in to cancel my card and talk about how I was being fraudulently charged but the app assistant helped in getting back my money. I asked my old card be shredded and I was getting set up with a new card. If this is where my experience ended I would give 5 stars. However, my card was never canceled and so I was charged again and went into the red. I tried to contact the after hours number to report my fraud again but when i called the after hours number I was informed that they were closed and I should call back Monday. I couldn't belive it an out of hours number for fraud that didn't function. This all could have been avoided too if my card were canceled when I initially had it shredded. So Monday when I'm out of state I'll be making phone calls about my fraud. And the following Tuesday when I return home I'll be canceling my account after 10 years not that it really matters the length of time I'm just astonished it's taken me this long to see the incompetence.

  Went in today to the south Hill branch, met with Paul Morgan and can’t tell u how much I could hug this guy right now!! Super polite when asking me to put on a mask and was more than prompt and helpful when helping me. I definitely recommend asking specifically for this guy u won’t b disappointed!! Thank u Paul for everything today
