      To start with, they haven’t hit me with any surprise fees and I’ve been there over two years. I moved all of my personal and business accounts to Bedford Bank. They have been fantastic to work with on that level. They call me by name and always seem like me walking in was the best part of their day. ! It’s amazing! Our loan officer, Karen, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She stuck with my wife and I through every single step of our loan process. I can’t recommend her enough.
