      They r friendly and nice I have banked with them little over 2 years and when I had problems I would and they would help me fix the problem and they great with my parents who also bank with them

      When I was first married and my wife and I were trying to get into our first home they pre-approved us for a home loan, then after we made an offer told us there was no way they could give us the loan as we were too young and didn't have enough credit. Isn't that what pre-approval is for? Later we heard from several other couples who had the same experience. We had no issue getting the loan elsewhere. These guys are behind in the times. Their mobile app constantly has issues, remote deposit just flat out doesn't work, and they only have one location in Idaho Falls.

      I don't bank with them but see their neglegent driving I wouldn't want to. A car marked with their logo in a huge traffic jam on woodruff they cut me off trying to get in to my lane and make the green light. There was a line of cars they cut trying to get in front of me. Yea they probably won't care about your money if they don't care about the safety of others on the road šŸ˜”
