Was looking for an online option to finance a small investment property, they have this DSCR product I've not seen from the national on line mortgage companies that was streamlined and super-easy to apply for which is something I think that sets them apart from other lenders. Slick technology platform and the assistance through the process was better than other on line platforms I've worked with - got out bid on this one but will be coming back for sure.

Watch out with this company. This company is deceiving, Just requested to withdraw my application after representative Ethan misguided me through the whole process. They will play with words to confused you. I never intended to have a apply to a conventional loan, and after pulling my credit, they just came up with the news that I needed to provide more documents because it as a conventional loan. I 3 real estate companies, why would I want to apply for a loan under my personal name. What a waste of time!
