      I have been with Belco for years. Great banking rates....positive and honest employees that will try to help you financially if they can. They ALWAYS greet with a smile, even if they had a 'douche' of a person prior to helping me. I noticed how rude that person was and they were still all smiles to greet me. Great bank and highly recommend. A+++++

      I used Belco for a Mortgage on the home I just purchased. I couldn't have been more upset, stressed, and disappointed in the lack of professionalism in their mortgage department. Communication was unacceptable, and a far cry from the service I typically receive on the banking side. If you are in the market for a mortgage on a new home, I highly suggest avoiding Belco.

      My car payment was due the 9th of each month I made my October payment Sept 28th. They did not consider that October's payment!!! I got a letter saying past due I called 9:00 Saturday morning and they are fixing it! Faith restored
