  Do not use this company unless you want to do all the work, my closing date was supposed to be November 16th, they said that they had put in a payoff request to hud, on November 10th, went 3 weeks without hearing anything, they said they tried calling hud, and could not get in touch with them, the first time I called, I got a hold of them,also they do not no the difference between a case number and a loan number, that was the cause of all the waiting is because Michelle put in the wrong info, finally the payoff came in today, and I do not get off of work untill 4:30 and none of there attorneys are willing to help me close, even though when we had the original signing date for the 16th of novemer scheduled at 5, they already knew my time where I could meet them would have been a little later, and they were ok with it, now all of the sudden its a problem they are not worth the time wasted go with a different company, and save yourself all the stress.

  The employees know you by name, your not considered a number. I've had them assist me with a few of my closings!They are kind & willing, to give free law advice, whenever I haven't had the answers. The legal advice, I was seeking from their staff was a personal matter and didn't pertain to my closings. They are a great Team! I'd highly recommend, using their services!
