  I can't even put into words what a comfort it was knowing that Cindy was on my team as I purchased our first house! I felt comfortable counting on her directness, honesty, and transparency every step of the way. She helped us successfully navigate the uncertainty around rising interest rates and always made sure that we understood (and felt comfortable with) the decisions that we made. I will recommend Cindy without hesitation to anyone, and everyone, that I know who might be buying or refinancing!!

  Cindy was an amazing resource for me during my mortgage origination. I shopped rates with multiple lenders and she was the quickest to respond to me and one of the few that did so by phone. She was very thorough and patient in answering my questions, which were numerous and frequent, and was available to me often outside typical banking hours. She came highly recommended by my realtor, and it’s easy to see why. She demonstrated great professionalism and was friendly and easy to work with. If I ever need to refinance or obtain another mortgage, she’ll be the first person I turn to.

  To my husband and I, Cindy is not only a great friend but she's also what we like to refer to as our "Fairy godmother or Fairy loan officer". She's a magical person who will hold your hand, walk you step-by-step through the process and make sure you know exactly what's ahead of you when it comes to all things loans. No matter if you're meeting Cindy for the first time or if you've known her for years she gives every single one of her clients the same dedication and care as she would her own family. After you've worked with Cindy for even just mere minutes you'll become a friend and feel at ease with the whole loan process. Her all consuming laugh will bring a smile to your face and her down to earth and relatable personality will leave you wishing you could buy or refinance your house everyday just so you can keep working with her. Trust me, no one can compare to her.
