What a helpful branch! I was passing through and needed to do some banking. They were very friendly and very busy. I didn't mind waiting and while I was sitting there I observed several clients assisted by the staff. Really an incredible location and very friendly people.

They have a coin shortage problem for over 6 months and they are still giving out the same excuse. When I go to other banks like wells Fargo, Huntington etc I get the change order even when I am not a account holder with them. We have a business account with us bank and being on restaurant business we go through a lot of change. When I asked about it, they just say that how it is and they don't care if I take my business to another bank. Being one of the biggest banking institutions, it's clear that they are not looking like it. Their service is slower, they clearly don't take any effort to fix the issue they are faced with. I've have an account with them but it won't for long if it stays like this.
