  Applying for HELOC. Was a hiccup in the beginning but Sofia was able to quickly help and address the issue. Been a long standing customer of Bellco, will continue doing so. Thanks Sofia

  The branch manager at the Green Vally Ranch location is not helpful at all. My first experience I was going to open an account and I had a check that was made to my spouse and myself. My spouse had endorsed it and I endorsed it last. I have worked in banking/finance and I know that whoever signs last can negotiate the check. The branch manager said he could not accept it as it was signed by my spouse and they were not present. Needless to say, I took my business to Chase and they accepted the check no problem. The next time I went in I needed a notary and he had us sit at his desk and reviewed his computer then told us he only had one person that could do a notary but that she was busy. He had pointed to her and she was alone in a office. Not sure why the branch manager couldn’t do the notary or why the other employee could not take 5 minutes to help. The customer service at this location is not good go somewhere else.

  What a horrendous experience I had on 5/25 trying to simply use a notary and I am a member. Rudest SOB I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. I’ve had better service at 7-11. I expect more from a financial institution where I store and move thousands of dollars. Pathetic. Seriously considering moving everything due to this. I emailed member services yesterday with specifics. Feel free to response there.
