  Had an approval for a loan with the rates. Bank agent emails and says loan is ready please come in. Show up and nothing is ready. She tells two different stories to each person in this transaction. We wait 1.5 hours hoping it was all settled. Go to sign and she says oh by the way your rate just went up 1 point, we didn’t realize the truck was older than it is. We all walked out. You guys are scammers and you shouldn’t be in business!

  Horrible customer service the staff was rude and very under trained I had to drive all the way from another city that’s what I was told to do by the branch only to be told that I had to call a number which the person that I called was more than helpful He fixed everything that they should have and informed me that they should’ve called from the very beginning so I went back through the line to wait another half an hour I was told that we were waiting on a manager override something even though the customer service agent that helped me on the phone had unlocked everything on my account. nobody was in line, nobody was in the lobby or waiting! They’re very deceitful which was a huge surprise to me! I’ve always had great customer service at every other branch save yourself the trouble and do not come to this branch!
