      I have banked with Belmont Bank & Trust since 2006 personally and on a Business level. It is so rare to have Bank that that genuinely cares about the people it serves and Belmont Bank & Trust is that kind of Bank. They have a high level of professionalism, efficiency and values held by everyone, I am very impressed by their outstanding performance, hard work, and wonderful staff and they always go above and beyond to help me out. This organization will deliver nothing less than the best with their expertise and professionalism to top-notch communication as their reputation is well earned. I cannot recommend them enough for all of your banking needs – you will not be disappointed

      Worst customer service for a bank I've ever encountered... my bank was closed due to the holiday so I decided to actually go into a bank location to cash my paycheck which was written on Belmont Bank and Trust. I was told since I did not have an account I could not cash my paycheck. I thought that was odd so I offered to open an account. At which the teller told me I still couldn't cash because they will need to put a 2 week hold on my check which was from them... PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER BANKING OPTIONS DO NOT USE THIS BANK....
