      Do not use this company. We were referred to Tom Sterns by our builder. Tom Sterns was extremely dismissive when we spoke with him. It was clear that getting into our house in a timely manner was not a priority for this company. We didn't get any real movement with our mortgage until we contacted his corporate office. We missed our closing date by over 3 weeks due to the fact that they could not get items handled on their end. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company.

      If possible I would give 50 stars for Tom and his team. Each star representing the stars of the flag of the United States of America 🇺🇸 Tom and his team support veterans in any way possible. We just closed our VA loan in just 26 days with COVID-19 challenges. That is from putting in the offer until closing. I have never seen a VA loan close in that short amount of time. Tom and his team made it happen without letting anything get in the way. I think this accomplish speaks for itself and I wont have to go into further detail on how diligently they work on a mortgage. Thank for all of the hard work!
