If you are looking to purchase an investment property, secondary home or primary home look no further. Nick Ellis and his team at Benchmark Mortgage in Louisville KY made purchasing my investment property super easy and enjoyable. The process and the way documents were requested and sent was very easy to use. Nick and Tim were extremely helpful and provided knowledge that you would have to pay for anywhere else. Everyone at Benchmark was easy to talk to. I was able to reach everyone by calling or via text. What I love about Benchmark is that after you purchase your property the relationship doesn't end. They are always a phone call or email away to answer any question you may have. I would highly recommend Benchmark to anyone purchasing a home or investment property!!!
