  Benchmark made buying our first home a breeze. The team was very quick with getting back to us, whether it was a question or a documented needed. Not only were they very responsive and timely, but because of their reputation our offer was selected. We went against 9 other offers and ours wasn’t even the highest bid. Our offer was selected by the sellers because of our lender. I highly recommend Benchmark to anyone buying a home.

  As a first time home buyer we were stressed an worried. Working against a time clock to lock in an interest rate. This team stopped at nothing to help us achieve our goal. The online process they use for inputting paperwork is seamless and so easy. They are always there with fast and friendly responses to any questions we had. Would recommend again and again whether you are a first time home buyer or a seasoned vet.
