      By far the worst banking experience I've ever had in my lifeI walked in to get money put on an account so I can get around but no they will not transfer money to cash app so I'm left to walk up the interstate high way because I can't do what I eat with my money only they can wen two days with no food because can't transfer to cash app wow they worst my money will be getting moved if they leave me have it

      Compared to my last bank luzerne, citizen has been a pleasure. Always a smile when I walk in, recently lobby was closed waited for a while at drive thru. They apologized. Short staff due to Covid. Well I can understand Overall a nice place to bank so far. No complaints except for my 8 foot 6 van the drive thru is a little thin but hey I can live with that
