  i recently refinanced my home with Mitch and his Benchmark team. Since I had not refinanced since 2013 I was apprehensive about the whole deal. Mitch was referred to me by my financial advisor and from the very first conversation with Mitch I KNEW that I was in good hands! Mitch outlined options to get needed money from my home. After telling Mitch about my situation we agreed that a refinance with cash out was best. Mitch and his teammate Grant Wilson "babysat" me through the entire process. Mitch structured the new loan to meet my particular needs and rushed to get things done before interest rates rose. In closing I recommend Mitch and his Benchmark team to anybody and everybody!   Mitch was referred to us by our realtor Kendra Bates and that was the best decision we could have made! Mitch was so knowledgeable and helped my husband and I so much during the loan process and even before then. We had no idea what we were doing and he was always there to answer any questions we had and make us feel at ease. Having Mitch as a lender was great, but knowing that he is going to be there for us with any financial advise in the future is even better. I am so happy we chose Mitch and we will choose him again when we are ready to refinance or buy another home!
