      The whole process of buying a house is stressful. Being worried if your loan doesn't go through is the worst part, but David and his team are really professional. They ask for most of the information at the beginning and they do their job. I wish I would know at the beginning that working with them is stress- free. Definitely recommend them.

      We used Dave Cummins for our refi. He was actually recommended to us by my son, and I soon learned that my youngest son used him as well. Because he came so highly recommended by family I gave him a call. I was super stoked to find out I could do this process without leaving home. I felt Dave had our best interest at heart. He locked us into a great interest rate and the ball started moving fast from there. Communication was great with any questions I had being answered immediately.
