      I had my doubts when it was crunch time, close to closing and I wanted to change my loan type AND LENDER after my offer was accepted! Jerry reviewed my situation and advised he thought we could do it and get funded by my original closing date... And we did!! Very efficient and honestly the least stressful part of buying my house. Closing was a breeze, took maybe 30 minutes from start to finish! Jerry is a super nice guy and he delivered excellent experience.
