  Benjamin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered every question I have and educated me on the whole process from start to finish. Being a first time buyer I was nervous and at some points overwhelmed, but Benjamin took away all my fears and worries. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

  Ben was top notch highly professional and responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails. Day or night he picked up and had an answer for all of our questions and concerns. He went above and beyond to getting us approved as first time home buyers. We didn’t have a traditional path to approval but here came Ben, he figured out a way to make it work and he didn’t stop until he could give us that “Yes”. Ben was with us throughout the whole process: from the pre approval, to us finding a home, throughout the whole time we were “under contract” and all the way until the closing table. If you want to buy a piece of property but don’t know if you can, you better call Ben, he will work to find a way no matter your situation. We wouldn’t have been able to close on our first home if it wasn’t for him.
