      I hate the Berkshire Bank on Elm St. The workers are slow and never smile. If your miserable with your life..don't work with the public. I don't recommend Berkshire Bank..I was there for someone else.

      Scott Cowlin is the branch manager. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, can do person that knows his industry, always acts to take the best care of his customers and is good even with difficult situations and people. If there was a list of super bankers, he would be at the top. He is email, phone and walk in friendly.
