      Drive through teller refused to cash my checks because I complained that the bank branch was still not open. So much for customer service! I thought it was my money

      There was no reason for the bank to be closed today normal work times are 9-5 not 9- oh I feel like going home couldn’t cash my check cuz no one was there and today isn’t a holiday.... thanks a lot
