      I’ve been banking with TD Bank for less than a year and I’ve only ever had countless problems with them. They’re $25 a month maintenance fee is just outrageous!! Then they held my check for over a week so I was left with no money to support my kids with for over a week! And now I deposit a check into the ATM, which I’ve done countless times, and somehow their ATM glitched and said I deposited over $5,000. So now they’ve been holding my real check for 3 days while they “investigate”. Again no money to support my kids until pay day next week. When I called they tried to put the blame on me saying I must’ve type the amount on the ATM wrong. No I did not because you DONT even type in the amount on the machine, it takes the check and counts it for you as it would if I deposited cash just like every other ATM I’ve deposited money and checks into. I’m so glad I’m switching banks and will no longer be a customer of TD Bank. No wonder everyone told me to stay far away from them. I advise everyone else to do the same!!

      Staff is really helpful, but the ATM is down more often than not. And that's no exaggeration.
