      January 2018. 3:30pm. Bank should be open. Sign on door says they closed due to weather. IN ALBANY NY? Come on!!! We can deal with the snow here. I tried calling first. No one answered the phone. Berkshire Bank is going down the tubes. Find another bank. I am! Getting as bad as Citizens Bank and M &T Bank. Read about my experience with the West Winfield Branch. Can't even keep a $50 card making machine working. Shame on you again Berkshire Bank!
