      The process of buying our home was very frustrating. The realtor did not know what she was talking about on a number of things that drew out the process way longer than it should have. They were extremely disorganized when it came to closing and my husband had to drive 4 hours the morning we were to close to our bank because we were not able to switch banks before our move to get a check for closing because they were so disorganized and told us less than 24 hours how much money we needed for closing and did not even offer to do a wireless transfer. And when I called to talk to an owner all I got was a message to leave a voice-mail and it was never returned. I never want to work with this company again. In fact their service was so terrible I wanted a different realtor and company half way through the buying a house process but was told I couldn't cuz I had a contract with them but I never signed anything. This company is so shady and does not care about you as a person.

      Jody Sullivan is one of the rudest owners of any establishment i have ever met, customer service is last on her list! I wouldnt trust her to serve me ice cream let alone sell me a house! BEWARE! Sad business practices and not about her customers.
