  Ideally located in the heart of downtown Princeton, this office is the perfect showcase for listing photos with a large stretch of windows filled with photos of local properties for rent and for sale. There are window shoppers throughout the day and night. Stop in to grab your copy of Town Topics, Princeton's weekly newspaper, or Prestige magazine, a Berkshire Hathaway Luxury Collection magazine with offerings from across the country.

  Let me start by saying I have to leave at least 1 star... I walked into a new construction home in the Country Walk development in Columbus NJ. The house was a model in a new construction part of the neighborhood and Ralph Pascale was working for the builders/sellers. Long story short is we reluctantly signed a contract with Ralph as a dual agent... It was a major mistake! After we signed the paper work Ralph basically disappeared and left us on our own to deal with issues that arised and promises that disappeared. When we finally got to the closing table our attorney told Ralph that we felt we had been misrepresented and that we should be compensated for the promises that were made but never came to be. Ralph actually jumped out of his chair and started cursing, threatening and going off in a fit of rage pointing his finger in my face and calling me names in front of my wife, attorney and the closing agent. Telling me that I couldn't afford the house and that's why I was acting this way... Luckily for everyone in the room I kept my cool and asked Ralph to leave. This guy walked away with a $17,000 check and never made 1 meeting and a would rarely ever return an email or phone call... To say we we're misrepresented is an understatement. Go with Donna & Steve Halgas with Long and Foster. We shouldn't have listened to Ralph and should have stayed with them as our agents. They helped us sell and we should have had them represent us on the build/purchase as well.
