I am a regular customer at Best Collateral in San Jose and I want to let everyone know that this is not your typical pawnshop! I have a very pleasant experience every time I visit and come to browse and shop. As soon as I walk through the door I was greeted by their friendly employees Helena and Marco. This week, I started looking at their Jewelry and Helena informed me of a promotion they had going on and gave me an ad to take home. She also showed me some designer sunglasses and a Michael Kors handbag. Marco is always eager to show me new items in the store such as laptops and Bluetooth speakers and the latest tech stuff. If I have a question...Leo the manager is very knowledgeable and professional- he answers any questions I may have with informative facts about their products and why I should purchase them. It is very hard to come here without buying something because they have great deals on everything. If your bored at home and looking for something fun to do...come over and check this place out!
