  Best Financial was so easy to work with. I submitted my loan application and someone got back to me the next day. We even communicated back and forth through text messages, which made it that much more convenient. I would work with them again anytime!

  Do yourself a favor, get insurance, and do your banking elsewhere because this place is a trap. They “offer” insurance that has nothing but insanely high rates, along with rude agents who lie to get your business for a quick buck. The credit union has tons of hidden fees and their atm is ALWAYS broken, they can’t keep employees (not shocking), and the few they have are not helpful. Go where you’re actually taken care of. Best financial isn’t it.

If you could please email me at [email protected]. As far as Our Service charges, those can be found anytime on our website under Disclosures. As of recently, we do apologize that the ATM at our Sherman Branch has been out of service. Due to supply chain issues, we were waiting on parts to be able to fix it, so unfortunately, that was out of our control - it is back up and running now though, so we are crossing our fingers it stays that way!
