  Thank you Best Lenders LLC and thank you Ted Schall!!! We knew when we wanted to start our refi and we actually had another lender all lined up for when the time was right. After our "other guy" didn't pick up his phone for the second time within 3 hours, I started my google search. Best Lenders LLC was the second place I called and let me tell you how happy I am the first place I called didn't pick up. Ted is truly amazing. He made the entire refi process a breeze. He is professional, kind and thorough. He saved us money several times just by knowing what he's doing and being great at his job. Although, we have never actually met him, we talked on the phone, of course, and even his voice made me feel like I was talking with an old friend that wanted to get us the best deal possible. He called several times to go over different options and was more than happy to explain each one and what it meant in terms we could understand to make the best choices for us. It's very easy to feel uncertain about who REALLY wants to help you and who only wants your business to get their cut. Look no further. Ted Schall will make you feel like his only customer.
