  Prior to enlisting Best Mortgage to handle our home refinancing, we read alot of reviews. They all echo our experience and I will try to not repeat those reviews. So, I will just keep it simple and say that we are 100% happy with Best Mortgage and gladly recommend them for your refinancing needs. Even more important to us is how everyone there is over-the-top, rediculously wonderful to work with. We are so thankful we chose Best Mortgage. Kevin and Mary D.

  Calling yourself the best doesn't seem like the best idea, but Best Mortgage IS THE BEST! Steve Got involved himself every time there was a potential snag and he navigated us through the rough water. Not only Steve but Best Mortgage's amazing staff like Lisa could handle it all, and they all did an amazing job. But when someone had the day off or was away on honeymoon, Steve handled work by himself over the weekend. Steve Got us through the VA home loan process, which is a bit tougher than a conventional Loan, but Steve also got us the absolute best interest rate possible. I can recommend Best Mortgage as the Best company I've ever dealt with. Their concern and tenacity for our family home is what I wish every company would have, except for a mortgage company because I will only ever recommend Best Mortgage.

  It's not my (Phil Bergh) common practice to post reviews since most establishments perform their services as required, stay in business and grow. Those who do not normally put themselves out of business without help from a negative review. Then there are those, like Best Mortgage, that are so exceptional that a review is warranted. We were in the market for a refinance. Having listened to Dori Monson (KIRO-FM radio) for many years, I took his advice and contacted Best Mortgage via their website. I received a quick response from Lisa, Senior Loan Advisor, who, from the first correspondence until the loan closed, exhibited her professionalism, knowledge, expertise, honesty along with a sense of humor. The same attributes apply to Cheryl, Senior Loan Processor. What a wealth of information she has and what a true professional she is. And then there is Zoey, Loan Coordinator. When I needed to call Best Mortgage, Zoey was the person who answered the phone. It would be difficult to find a more pleasant, kind and helpful contact person via phone than her. So, there is a good reason why the company is called Best Mortgage. I have dealt with other mortgage companies in the past and, without a doubt, Best IS the Best! Their motto is "Honest Advice You Can trust" - very true!
