  Both people I spoke with were condescending and rude. I had a few questions to fully understand the financing, since many things seem to not add up. The more I pressed the questions the more antagonistic and combative they became. At one point on the call the guy told me he did not have time to talk to me because of the "hundreds of calls they get a day, of people wanted their services". Followed by him telling me it was clearly too "complex" for me to understand. I am certain insulting one's intelligence is not a way to grow business. Also, if you can't explain the financing model, in non-abstract terms, there may be a flaw in the design here. I would say don't risk financing of your company with these people who "don't have time" to answer basic questions and treat potential clients with disrespect. Smells like a scam.

  Todd, was extremely rude. Told me he could not give any answers to how the system worked until he had our financials. Told me this was an odd conversation and a waste of his time. I thought it was normal to call and inquire about details before we commit. Don’t waste your time with this company.
