      They robbed me and wasted my time. I thought I bought a brand new Milwaukee trimmer which labeled as new and sealed! I went home and opened the box and the battery was missing ( this was not a tool only item). I went back to let them know. I was accused of stealing the battery and was told to come back the next day to talk to manger. The next day I called first to talk and again was told I could not be trusted. I was told I had no options, have a good day, leave and write your bad review! They had many options to make this right. Apparently I am not the only one who was robbed by this shop after reading other reviews. Check everything before you leave. I never thought of leaving a review online like this but they left me no choice.

      Best pawn is a wonderful pawn store. There grace periods are awesome and the price for buying is good too. Friendly staff and great jewelry!
