      Grand Ave and Oxford St Clean and convenient location. Stopped in on a Saturday morning to open a checking account. There were 2 tellers and 2 bank associates. Asked a teller about opening a checking account. He asked one of the bank associates not helping anyone. Came back and told me there was no one available to help me that day? Umm they don't close for 2 hours and neither of these associates can help me before then. Will not visit this location ever again. Hopefully there are better locations with more customers orientated employees.

      Small but very nice branch of Chase. Quality ATMs inside. Tellers were helpful. I don't know about coming in here for anything else, but this stuff is 99% of what you need a branch for, so they get 5 stars.
