      I bank out of the Walton Hills branch. The staff is fantastic! They are friendly and when I have questions they know the answers and steer me in the right direction as to what is best for my banking needs. I have one issue and that is because I opened a new account about 2 weeks ago and I too have as yet to receive my debit card nor has my husband, who is also named for a card.. Other than that...I'm satisfied as i have used them before and am a returning customer..

      I recommend going else where. These guys bought out my old credit union and took over the loans I had with them. Then they closed down the branch that was at my job. So now I had to drive over an hour to go in person to make payments and when I traveled for my job and had problems could never get a hold of someone on the phone to help with my problems. Now that it's been 2 months since I paid off the loans and yet have a received my titles and still get charged a dollar a month for a paper statement that I never get every month. Truly it's a circus over there and I'm glad to be done with them and will never be coming back.

      Your online banking is archaic, and you keep sending me credit cards instead of debit cards, which has now completely @$&!ed up my stuff. Moving to Ally and never looking back.

Our credit and debit card departments are completely separate so you would not receive a credit card in the mail unless you directly applied for one.
