Had a tree from a property that safeguard was managing fall on my property and busted my fence. I contacted safeguard and they worked with me to make the situation right so I could remove the tree and fix the fence. There seems to be a lot of negative reviews on this company but from my experience they were professional and honest. So, thank you to the safeguard team.

BEWARE!!! This company came to my job site in Illinois with a fake work order trying to change the locks saying the property “was abandoned”. We are waiting on the insurance company check for a house fire that happened less than a month ago. This company tried to lie and cheat. Goodluck trying to get anyone on the phone. How’s this even legal. Criminal trespass to property. Showed up in an unmarked white car. Failed to identify themselves. No business cards or business being at this property. UPDATE. Police report has been filed. I talked to the property management company and they said the Morgage company sent them out. Morgage company says they did not contact these people or have any relation with them. The 2 guys who were misrepresenting themselves as “code officers” saying the neighbors called them out to the property stating the job site we are at every day was “abandoned”. Show up again and see what happens.

Scammers trying to steal property from hard working citizens. They trespassed on a family property to hang up there scam sticker with misrepresentation as being a "code officer." I would say they are committing multiple property crimes daily(not to mention impersonating a government official) in an attempt to scam people everywhere. If you catch these scammers, get a license plate and call the police.
