  By far the worst experience that I have heard of. Everyone I talk to about experience with this company and what they have done in the last 90 days has told me 'I've never heard of such a thing'. 6 extensions later after trying to buy a home since August, and now the contract is up. Yvette and Bill Saunders consistently fail to communicate. When they do communicate, it is through email asking for a document that has already been cc'd to them and everyone else at least 3 times. One week, a document was emailed over on a Tuesday and by Friday, the house couldn't be closed on because Evette was asking for the SAME document that I had already emailed over to them twice before. 6 extensions. And now that there is officially no more contract between sellers and buyers, Alberto, Bill Saunders or Evette won't return calls or communicate with the Realtor. They are holding up people's lives and just can't be bothered to pick up a phone. I get it, it's not their lives so what does it matter? Was supposed to close on Friday the 30th (6th and final extension according to the sellers after 90 days of fighting), and Alberto said he would have it done by the weekend. Instead on Monday evening, he just sends a single text message, not closing today. Apparently he had a vacation that just couldn't be missed. Meanwhile, out of 5,000 dollars and have already wired over the 23k because there was a promise that this was 'the final extension'.
