      Recently went to the Bayshore branch to close out my late fathers account, I was greeted and helped by Anviksha all I can say she deserves a raise she made the whole process so easy, she was professional, kind, and efficient. A great asset to BFCU for sure ! Thank you again

      Went to exchange small bills for hundreds. Instead of being politely greeted by the next teller(Alejandra) she simply looked at me & sort of flipped her fingers at me like “come here”..then she tells me they don’t have hundreds to give me & said I should go to Waldbaums about 8 miles away! I asked how many can you give me?..& she then got on the phone with a supervisor who told her to give me the original amount I was there for..doesn’t end there..after counting out the $$ for me I said “Thank you have a great day” to which she replied “mmhmm”, as opposed “you too” like a normal customer service driven business would do..so unprofessional, should be fired or sent for training

      Excellent bank. I opened a business account today. The representative Carlson Fabre was knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions. Carlson background in the banking field and his excellent customer service lead to a favorible experience. I will definitely recommend him to my fellow business owners in my Le tip group.
