      I miss this branch any word as to when you are opening?

      Tried to call to settle a dispute. The corporate customer service representative said that we are not allowed to speak directly to the individual branch, and must go there directly. Last I looked, there are several phone at the branch. Why do I have to deal with some third party person, and then have to plain the situation again.
