      Loan Representative Jennifer DeVaul assisted me with a GAP claim on my auto loan. She went above and beyond to make sure this was handled properly after it had fallen through the cracks a few times. This level of personal service is one of the many reasons I choose to bank with Bethpage FCU. At Bethpage you are a Member, not just an account number.

      My experience was horrible. Could not get the branch phone number on any web site. I wanted to speak to someone regarding a stimulus debit card. The automated system never accurately prompted what I needed. Couldn't get an operator. It eventually brought me to a menu that said it was after hours at 1:30 in the afternoon Monday and hung up on me. Not a happy customer.
