      She has 5 stars for a reason! We used Bev when we first purchased our house, and again when we refinanced. Bev is incredible and will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. There were a few hiccups with the underwriting team when we refinanced. We reached out to Bev directly and she had it handled in a few hours. Our loan recently sold to another company and we were having issues with them not having the correct records. Within 24 hours Bev and her team had it taken care of and cleared it up with the new servicer. We are eternally grateful for her and everything she has done for us. We will continue using her company for as long as we are able.
