My husband and I were looking to buy our first home and with us having an account with chase we tried them first. Well chase turned me down saying one of my scores was 5 points to low. So i got scared i wouldnt find someone to help with the loan. Well i googled home loan places in GR and found John at home and loan. Within a few hours he had me pre approved and ready to get a list of homes together to look at. And a little less than two months later,my husband and I as well as our kids have our first home. Also it would of been less time but the home owner was away for a bit. I highly recommend John for anyone getting told no by the bank!
