      Terrible credit union. They don’t answer the phone. If they do, you’ll sit on hold fir 10 min before anyone will talk to you. They put a week long hold on a guaranteed bank check, for absolutely no reason. They treat members like some a$$hole, instead of a part owner. I’ve banked at the DNC Federal Credit Union for over 20 years, but needed something closer…so tried BFG. Just terrible in every single metric and measure.
