  This locations team is very well trained and eager to help. I talked to Nik and he was very involved and understand my issue and help me out going above and beyond. As usual, they treat me as i am important customer for them, which really give motivation and satisfaction.

  Worst Experience and Discriminated based on color. I was their for Cashier check and it was emergency for me. I asked the old lady who was work there but SHE WAS RUDE AS HELL. She said she don’t do it and when we trying to tell her that integer us branch do this all time. But she rudely replied and told us to have fun with other branches. Even they didn’t seem want to work, both ladies where so rude. This is really not expected from employees who’s getting paid for public service. Worst branch and employees

  I have been banking at US Bank for over 10 yrs. I went in to do a simple wire transfer to someone, had I done this online it would have been easy. Not only did they not complete my wire transfer but they began to ask me very intrusive questions that frankly have nothing to do with my transfer - this is not about KYC or security - this is about control. I will be closing my account here.
