      Employees did NOT know FFL laws pertaining to out-of-state purchasing, and cost me a rifle that I wanted to purchase. Made (and BROKE) a verbal agreement. Lack of inegrity. Tried to correct the problem with the owner, who didn't care to hear my side, and rushed me off the phone to "take care of customers" Just no.
