  This bank is horrible. No answer by phone and they shouldn’t even get a number 1 rating at all. It should be 0. My husbands statements are always late and then he try’s to call and no answer. I’m going to go put my money in a different bank to . I can’t take this bank here.

  I miss our local hometown bank. Since the buyout by Peoples Bank, you no longer get a human to answer the phone. I left a message 3 days ago without any return call. I have had several problems since Peoples took over this branch. Access to my online account, inability at first to transfer funds, going to the ATM and no paper loaded to print a receipt and etc. I guess that I do have the option to transfer my accounts elsewhere.

  I went in the bank the other day and they told me it would be a two hour wait, I think this is unacceptable. Today I called them and got an answering machine which told me to leave a message so I did, I sat by my phone for about four hours and no one even called me back. Terrible customer service.
