      I will never in my life work with anyone other than Bill. He is 100% upfront and honest, and he knows the game and will play it on your behalf. Day or night, at work or in the middle of dinner, he will take your call. I never once felt like anything less than his #1 priority. The process can be extensive and exhausted, but it wasn't with Bill. We closed lightning quick and he bent over backwards to get me squared away. In short, hire Bill.
