      When looking at the prospect of buying a new house (and taking on such a project during a pandemic, no less) there is so much anxiety that the thought could induce. We worked directly with Cynthia Shinn at Windermere Chambers Bay and that lovely person took one look at the job and said "I got this!" That she did! Not only was Cynthia our main cheerleader, but her support in ensuring that what we wanted was not only possible, but an absolute reality helped to get us a home that we are grateful to call our Forever Home. Cynthia will not let you settle, and will not steer you higher than what you say your budget is. Her transparency is a benchmark for all other realtors (trust me, we've been through a few,) and her eye for quality and value are unmatched. To say we are happy with the service we got with Cynthia is putting it mildly. Absolutely 10 out of 10 buying experience. We're so grateful to have had her at our side, and would heartily recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

      I can't express how impressed I was or how grateful I am for Patience and her team in this office. I had big car problems in the parking lot outside this office on a Monday morning that left me stranded and in tears. Patience and every other person I met here went out of their way to comfort me and offer assistance. From coffee to a ride home, she made sure I was taken care of even though I was a stranger and not a customer. I have told every person I know and then some, if you are ever going to buy a house this is the place you want to go. I can't imagine how well they must care for their clients if they took this amount of care with me. THANK YOU!!
