  I've purchased a few properties over the years and have worked with several different lenders. I worked with Bill to purchase the home I'm in today and the previous one and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to close, everything was very organized, well explained, and FAST but not rushed. Bill and team will take the time to ensure you have all the information you need to make the right decision. As important as great service is, we all know that the rate you get for a Mortgage is a top priority and I've consistently found G.R. to have the best rates around.   We worked with Bill Egan recently on securing our mortgage for a new home. The process was absolutely painless.We have worked with several other companies/banks in the past. We are so lucky to have found him. Bull’s team were absolutely amazing! Our closing was completely flawless. There wasn’t a single thing that was missed or any last minute communications from them. Bill was absolutely amazing and spot on all the time. All of the documents that we needed to get together were very clearly communicated to us so we have plenty of time to get them together and over to him.   I was referred to Bill Egan when we were listing our house and purchasing one in Tennessee. We needed for the new purchase to not be connected to the sale of our Illinois house, as the market is extremely hot and most seller's are not taking/considering offer's that have a sale contingency attached. Bill walked us through every single step along the way, from telling us what we can afford to answering my questions about paperwork late on a Saturday night. We have previously used the 2-mortgage brokers that regularly advertise on Chicago AM radio. I can 100% absolutely tell you that working with Bill Egan was a much more pleasurable experience. Every single person from our Tennessee agent to the Title company raved about how great our mortgage team was. Our closing actually took 10-minutes! Do yourself a favor and go with the best! Bill Egan is the absolute, hands-down best in the industry!
