      Worst customer service experience. charged me fees quickly and were inadequate throughout the process, went to CMG mortgage and they provided and helped us close within a couple weeks. While Guaranteed Rate took months to tell us we would never close and used excuses that CMG had no issues with.

      Deb with guaranteed rate was so wonderful to deal with. She got me better coverage for a cheaper premium. I will be going to guarantee to shop all of my policies in the future. Deb is simply the best agent I have dealt with in a very long time.
